Processing of personal data

By ordering services, you become a customer of Management Partners. The customer register contains the contact information that you have provided and information about your order. Your personal data may also be stored if you have been in contact with Management Partners in connection with recruitment, a networking meeting or any other context. The personal data is used for administration of the services/delivery, information, marketing of Management Partners’ services, profiling (i.e. an analysis of you as a customer in order to communicate with you in the best way) and for certain statistics, evaluation and quality assurance work. As a customer of Management Partners, you accept the above processing of personal data. If you wish to have any limited use of personal data, you must inform Management Partners in writing without delay.

Management Partners would like to use email in our communication with you as a customer. By checking the box in the assignment confirmation that you would like to receive information about Management Partners’ services and invitations to various activities via email, you have agreed to your personal data being used for this purpose as well.

Your data may be processed by a so-called data processor who is helpful in our communication with you. This data processor will then only process the data in accordance with the purposes for which your personal data was collected. Your data will not be disclosed to any external party unless we have agreed to this.

Management Partners will retain your information for as long as you or your company is a customer of ours, and for an additional 60 months for the above purposes. After that, it will be saved for various legal requirements, such as the Accounting Act. Once that time has passed, your personal information will be deleted.

The processing of your personal data in Management Partner’s customer database is based on the order agreement, legal obligations and legitimate interest. In terms of legitimate interest, we use your data, for example, to tailor our communication to you based on your purchases.
