Being a leader is both exciting and challenging. Many find it valuable to share thoughts, experiences, and questions with others in similar roles – to gain inspiration, new perspectives, and meaningful connections. With Management Partners, you will find meeting spaces where current topics, engaged speakers, and fresh perspectives are in focus.
Twice a year, we invite you to the Executive Meeting. It is aimed for those with an executive decision-making role, regardless of industry. We meet to share experiences and exchange perspectives, creating space for reflection on current and strategic societal issues.
Executive Meeting offers an environment that encourages openness and inspiration, and connects directly to your everyday reality as a leader. The agenda includes carefully selected speakers based on an analysis of the world around you, interactive discussion forums, and a joint dinner where in-depth networking takes place.
Courage to lead – courage to change
MOD stands for Management, Organization, and Development – and the courage required to be a clear, responsive, and developmental leader.
Here, leaders gather in short format, focused sessions to share experiences and tools, and to discuss current challenges in business development, change management, and leadership.
For those passionate about quality, development, and long-term competitiveness
This network is for those with leadership responsibility for quality and production. Quality and continuous improvement are crucial for success in an increasingly competitive market. Customers not only demand high and consistent product quality, but also that production processes are quality- and environmentally certified. New requirements are constantly emerging, and they need to be quickly adapted and implemented.
As a quality or production manager, you need to stay up to date, and you don’t have to do it alone. In this network, we learn from each other and develop together.
We are about 20 participants in leading roles within quality and production in southern Sweden. The network aims to share experiences, knowledge, ideas, and current challenges. To maximise the exchange, we actively seek participants from different industries and avoid competition between members.
