The program is designed for individuals in decision-making roles. Whether you are a CEO, founder, owner, or part of a management team or board, you will have the opportunity to develop both in your professional role and as a person.

 

The program is interactive, practical, and grounded in evidence-based research, shaped by real-world experience. The facilitators have held decision-making positions in both the private and public sectors.

 

You will develop your leadership in close dialogue with others. The group is carefully curated, with a maximum of 10 participants selected to ensure a meaningful and rewarding exchange. The program also includes key elements of law, organization, and governance.

This autumn, I had the privilege of participating in Management Partners Executive Program—a journey that has been both challenging and deeply rewarding.

 

The program covered so many key aspects of leadership, including leadership styles, group dynamics, coaching, the executive role, vision and goal-setting, team composition and a lot of personal development. It also introduced tools like personality profiles, legal frameworks for executive teams and strategic processes, all offering practical and actionable takeaways.

Assessment provides a concrete and honest picture of how the participant’s leadership functions in real-life situations, under pressure, in problem solving, and in interactions with different personality types. The assessment method can be used to develop both individuals and entire groups. During an intensive half-day, the participant works with realistic cases and receives ongoing, constructive feedback that quickly reveals patterns and behaviors – which are adjusted and practiced during the day.

 

After the assessment, the participant will have:
