Jeanett Paludan is a management consultant, entrepreneur, author, and lecturer with a focus on leadership, strategy, and decision-making. She founded Management Partners in 2001 with a clear idea: that everyone should be able to work in a prosperous organisation. A leader of 20 employees influences at least 40 people, around the clock!

Jeanett trained as a sergeant in the Air Force, an environment that shaped her view of responsibility, clarity, and structure. She later worked as a nurse in emergency medicine, where rapid decision-making and teamwork in low-hierarchy teams could mean the difference between life and death.
During her time as a company nurse at Volvo, it became clear how strongly leadership impacts efficiency and sick leave. She gained insight into how crucial leadership is for both people’s well-being and organisational performance. From that insight grew the vision behind Management Partners: to contribute to a better society through leaders who make a difference.
Since then, Jeanett has worked with owners, boards, and leaders. She emphasises the importance of recruiting the right people and, as a leader, being present, empathetic, and courageous.
