The program is designed for you who wants to develop your executive capability. The program is also suitable for any members of the role as a CEO. We ensure both personal and professional development by means of close meetings and dialogue. 

Our program is based on proven science. The pedagogy includes experience-based learning, lectures, discussions, exchange of experiences and cases. You will receive practical tools to deal with your current and future challenges. All trainers have experience of the role as an executive and has developed several successful leaders.

The program is conducted over five days, an initial two-day training and then three separate full days.

The program starts with a two-day internat on 3rd-4th of October, followed by Sunday meetings October 17th, November 14th and December 5th 2017.
